MEGHAN CHAVALIER

Transsexual entertainer Meghan Chavalier has starred in 150 adult films, has directed adult films, has written adult films, has appeared as a female impersonator, has written a novel, and has been a professional model. She knows numerous Hollywood celebrities.

Born in Hurley, Wisconsin, Meghan went by Greyhound bus to Texas after graduating from high school, but she lived there only a brief time before relocating to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Here, she saw a transsexual for the first time in her life and realized at once that she was also a transgendered person. After a disappointing first love, she temporarily returned to Wisconsin, working as a pricing analyst for a large corporation in Milwaukee.

In Milwaukee, she met a waiter-by-day, drag queen-by-night entertainer who took her under his wing and helped her to get her first job as a performer on stage. She appeared as Meghan Crawford. Her act included her singing a song, "Love, thy will be done," by Martika, during which she hung from a cross wearing gold panties and a matching brassiere. This part of her act was controversial. One night, she and a fellow transsexual, Alex Forrest, renamed Meghan as Meghan Chavalier, after Maurice Chevelier, substituting the letter "a" for the first two letters "e."
